Personnel Performance Assessment using Entropy based MABAC Method: An Application in the Food Sector

Personnel selection is one of the decisions strategic importance in terms ensuring sustainability companies. This decision referred to as a multi-criteria decision-making problem literature many criteria it contains and determination candidate who meets these at most appropriate level. The use methods order decide on suitable accelerates nomination process for enterprise, while same time preventing loss that may occur. In this study, an evaluation was made among personnel applied food company. evaluation, some determined by company manager found were taken into consideration. Entropy method used criterion weights solution problem. Afterwards, obtained from integrated with MABAC method, aimed rank candidates. Finally, ranking results interpreted decided.
